Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Frankston Flinders Road in Frankston this morning.
A man believed to be aged in his 30s has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after being struck by a car just after midnight.
The driver of the car was not injured and is assisting police with their enquiries.
