An electrical fault is being blamed for a fire in a Balnarring Village shop, early Monday 4 September.
Balnarring CFA captain Graeme Briggs said crews from Somers and Bittern helped put out the blaze at Peninsula Mapping and Laminating shop which they traced back to a power board.
The 4am fire was contained to the Frankston-Flinders Rd shop which will probably need a full fit-out. Damage is estimated at $100,000.
