Police will prepare a report for the coroner after a person was located deceased following a fire in Mornington this morning.
Emergency services responded to the Carramar Street blaze about 12am.
The fire spread to a neighbouring residence and caused damage to the garage.
The occupants from second home were safely evacuated.
The exact cause of the fire is yet to be established and the investigation remains ongoing.
