THREE people were taken to hospital after a two-car accident in McCrae on 3 February that saw one vehicle overturn and land on its roof.
The accident, which happened about 3.35, occurred on the busy intersection of Flinders and Cairns streets.
Although police data only shows one crash at the intersection in the past five years, residents say it is an accident hot spot and often the scene of accidents and near-misses.
A man in his 60s was taken to Frankston Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries and a woman in her 70s was taken to hospital in a stable condition with upper body injuries. Another man in his 80s was taken to the hospital in a stable condition with no obvious injuries.
