ONE man has died and another was taken by ambulance to hospital on Friday 27 January after falling from a cliff face at Bushrangers Bay, Cape Schanck, around 7pm.
It is believed two 24-year-old men from NSW were rock climbing just off Two Bays walking track when they fell.
CPR was performed on one of the men, but he died at the scene. Paramedics took the other man to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a stable condition but with leg injuries.
The exact circumstances of the fall are yet to be determined at this stage, but the death is not being treated as suspicious.
