POLICE want to identify a group of three men who allegedly bashed a 27-year-old man in Mornington early on Sunday (19 February), stamping on his head after he fell to the ground.
The victim, believed to be from Mornington, was airlifted to hospital, where he was last reported to be in a serious but stable condition.
Witnesses reported seeing the apparently inebriated victim set upon by three men at the corner of Blake and Main streets just after midnight.
