A MAN was left on the side of the road with serious neck, head and spinal injuries after being run down by a car in Palmerston Avenue, Dromana, 8.50pm, Saturday 7 March. The car did not stop after the collision.
The 18-year-old was airlifted to The Alfred hospital where he was in a serious condition late last week.
