TRADIES have been hard hit in the Balnarring area, with thieves stealing more than $17,000 worth of tools overnight, Monday 21 September.
Detective Senior Sergeant Al Paxton, of Somerville CIU, said tools including drop saws, laser levels, nailing guns and drills had been stolen from utilities parked in Seabreeze and Fauconshawe streets.
