Rosebud police have charged a woman and a man following an alleged hit-run collision in a stolen vehicle in Dromana early last night. It is alleged that a stolen green Toyota Rav 4 was involved in a collision with a second vehicle on the Mornington Peninsula Freeway about 5.30pm. No one was injured. Investigators allege that the driver of the Toyota failed to pull over and exchange details, continuing to drive on at a fast rate of speed.
