VICTORIA Police has issued a strong message that it will be out in force at popular locations across the Mornington Peninsula as schoolies begin to celebrate finishing high school. “As in previous years, Victoria Police will be ensuring a safe environment for everyone whether a school leaver or a local community member,” a statement from Victoria Police said.
